- Participants will be divided into groups by the coaching team.
- It is recommended, as whenever traveling abroad, that participants get personal travel insurance.
- All participants must have medical/health insurance. Please make sure that your international medical insurance covers also Europe.
- By sending the registration form you are obliged to pay the non-refundable deposit. You will receive us an e-mail with additional information about the processing time and payment details. Deposit refund is possible only in case of cancellation due to health problems confirmed by a doctor’s medical certificate.
- We must be informed if the participant has any allergies or other health problems, and an accompanying letter must be submitted.
- All participants must bring normal practice wear, and female students are expected to bring pointe shoes with them.
- We will not be held responsible for any damage or injury, however, caused, to any person attending the course, nor for the loss of any property.
- We will not refund any tuition/accommodation fees if a participant leaves on his/her own will as a result of a pre-existing injury or medical/mental condition or a personal reason, etc.
- Workshop fees and hotel fees will be refunded, in case of cancellation due to any reasons, if cancellation is made before the deadline of the Intensive Course payment (two months before the beginning date of the Intensive Course). After this date, refunds of Intensive Course fees and hotel fees will not be possible. Those Intensive Course fees can be held as a credit for the following year’s Program.
- Any optional offers during the Intensive Course, such as private classes, private sessions, physiotherapy will be charged according to treatment and time. Participants pay cash to the person in charge of the extras (the teacher or the therapist).
- The organization is not responsible for any valuables left in the rooms.
- In the event of the participation cancellation for any reason during the Intensive Course, the organizers reserve the right to retain all Intensive Course fees and hotel fees.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the teachers in case of illness or any other unavoidably
- Photo- and video shots are organization property and can be used freely by the organization solely for Intensive Course promotional and marketing purposes. Written notice is needed in case the participant does not agree using his/her photos or videos for Intensive Course marketing purposes.
- Students taking any medications must inform us of their condition and bring an ample supply of their medication from their home.
- We do have the right to forbid/exclude dancers from attending classes, performances and send participants back home if teachers notice significant health and diet (anorexia, bulimia, repeated fainting, etc) problems. No refund will be made in these cases.
- Confirmation from the bank regarding the Fee transfer must be sent by email before the beginning date of the Intensive Course.
